I am an avid reader; I usually carry a book wherever I go. I was born on the island of Grenada and grew up island hopping between Grenada and Barbados because my father is Bajan (Barbadian). I believe that a little insanity in life keeps you balanced. I have been cast by my friends as the borderline extrovert-introvert and I have a tendency to sometimes over analyze. One of my goals in life is to always keep an open mind because there is so much to experience and gain from being open minded. I am a work in progress. I enjoyed writing and editing poetry for a few years but the demands of school and work have left no time to indulge. I smile because it makes me happy the bonus is that it may make someone else happy as well. I can be a tad bit sarcastic at times.-work in progress. Cooking is one of my favorite pastimes, experimenting with new recipes is like playing sudoku, challenging yet fun because everything will fit somewhere and fit perfectly. I am a dog owner and maybe even a cat owner in the near future.
